意大利人餐厅是一家以正宗意大利餐为主并配备多样化的酒水，专业欧式西餐服务的餐厅。 餐厅的内部结构非常独特，主以单间形式开放给客人。一二楼包含酒吧和6间开放式单间，每个单间大概有4-6张桌子。这也是本餐厅所提倡的--为客人准备温馨，安静和浪漫的就餐环境。三楼包含4间单间，主要提供给大型的宴会。自从开业以来，意大利人餐厅已经主办多种不同的宴会。例如，欧式婚礼，生日聚会，朋友聚会和各种酒会等等。菜单主以零点，自助和套餐的形式，并有从意大利酒庄运来的纯正的意大利酒水和其他洋酒等等。在夏季意大利人餐厅可提供户外花园形式的酒会，并有浪漫的小提琴演奏和专业的乐队演出。
Trattoria Italiana is based an authentic Italian meal with a variety of wine-oriented and professional Western-style service. The internal structure is very unique, the main forms of single rooms open to the guests. The first and second floors include an open bar and six single rooms, every single room includes about 4-6 tables. This is also advocated in this restaurant - for the guests a warm, quiet and romantic dining environment. On the third floor contains four rooms, mainly for all the type of banquet. Since the opening day, Trattoria Italiana has hosted a variety of banquet. For example, European-style weddings, birthday parties, friends’ parties and various drink receptions and so on.. Our restaurant provides the choices of A la Carte menu, Set menu, Buffet menu and accompany with shipped Italian wine and other drinks and so on. During the summer, Trattoria Italiana offers the form of outdoor garden reception, and has a romantic violin playing and professional bands.
从意大利高薪聘请的专业意大利厨师为餐厅精心设计的菜单已经广泛得到在天津的外籍人士和本地市民的好评。餐厅已经与很多在天津的外籍公司有过很成功的合作。包括Air Bus, John Deere, Metso等等。餐厅的菜单包括头牌，汤，意面，披萨，主菜和甜品。多样化的选择能够很好的满足客人的需求。
Mr. Minuti Jose who is hired from Italy is a professional Italian chef. And a well-designed menu has been widely received in Tianjin expatriates and local residents. Restaurant has some very successful cooperation with a lot of foreign companies in Tianjin, such as the Air Bus, John Deere, and Metso and so on. The restaurant's menu includes Stater, Soup, Pasta, Pizza, main course and dessert. Diversified range of choices can be well positioned to meet customers’ needs.
在意大利人餐厅里没有VIP，我们对待每一位顾客都是以同样的方式去接待。所以在这里就餐的每位顾客都是我们的VIP。
There is no VIP in Trattorria Italiana; we treat every customer always the same way. Therefore, each of the customers dining here are our VIP.

Definitely the best Italian-style pizza in town (they have fresh basil!), and other options like beef fillet or seabass are also delicious. Among desserts, I found the cheesecake to be their best. They make their own bread and focaccia, and have a wide selection of Italian liquor including amaro and sambuca. The atmosphere is very warm and authentic, with nice pictures on the walls and none of the tacky golden/velvet/crystal decorations the locals identify with high-level restaurants. The chef (an Italian!) is flexible and available to make variations; the waiting staff can take orders in English and actually get it right. |

The layout is not perfect (a series of rooms are spread over a three-storey building), but their largest room can accommodate over 20 people anyway. Not crazy about the salads. |
| Overall | They have made HUGE progress in a year, both as concerns decoration and food quality. The outdoor seating during the summer provided a perfect venue to watch football games and listen to live music at the heart of the Italian concession. |

| Pros (+) | Due to bad weather, we were the only patrons, but the service staff was still attentive; ambiance is quite and pleasing...good for talking; Caesar salad was good; house wine was 28K and passable |
| Cons (-) | pizza choice was broad and we picked the wrong one,,,sparse ham and kind of "frozen pizza crust". I would recommend other entrees. |

The way they do the job. A restaurant is a place to have dinner, and it costs you money. Not a place to spend money and it has food. The situation. Still not many people there. The drinks... really short and without ice... (campari) The food wasn't good enough. The dessert was awful. |

Maybe I went there in the wrong day. But St. Valentine's is a day to have a nice evening and dinner and they didn't help too much. 1.-Waiting for a friend to come I order a Campari. The quality is good, but damn, I'm not a mouse. Fill at least half of the glass (or put some ice). 2.-Only St. Valentine's menu... are you kidding me? well... 3.-They had 2 different St. Valentine's menu. One was almost 200 RMB each person and the other one was almost 400 RMB... and magic, the waitress gave the expensive one to the girls... Gave me a really bad impression. 4.-Not really good timing (being a little bit harsh). 5.-The gift for the girls... So, maybe I went in the wrong day. But again, if you can make a client happy in such important date... Edit: I've noticed I'm too harsh with a place I only went one time. So I plan to go there by myself someday and rewrite this review. |
